Andrew Nelson
Co-Founder & Vice President
Based in Regina Andrew Co-Founded VOGO Volleyball in 2019. He played three years with the University of Regina Men’s Volleyball Team and two years with the University of Saskatchewan Men’s Volleyball Team, winning CIS Rookie of the Year and being selected to the Jr National Team in 2012. Andrew earned a B.Sc in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2016 and a B.Ed from the University of Regina in 2021 and currently works as a teacher in Regina.
As an athlete, Andrew was a two-time Sask Volleyball Beach Provincial Champion and won Sask Volleyball’s Saskatoon Men’s beach league in 2017. He also represented Team Sask’s indoor team at the 2013 Canada Summer Games. Andrew has coached both men‘s and women’s volleyball in the 14u - 18u age groups both indoor and on the sand.
Jakaeden co-founded VOGO Volleyball in 2019. He worked to grow the company through his love of volleyball and business for 4 years before moving on from the company to pursue is career in law.
Before and during his time at VOGO Jakaeden coached multiple teams to provincial championships along with a bronze medal at the 2015 21u Western Canada Games. Jakaeden had a tremendous impact on the growth of beach volleyball in Saskatchewan and we are proud that he is a part of our history here at VOGO.
Lindsay Braul
Director of Learning
Lindsay is the 2021 Canada Summer Games women’s beach volleyball head coach for Team Sask. After high school, she played for the Canadian Mennonite University in Winnipeg and spent time playing competitive beach. Lindsay returned home to play three years with the University of Regina Women’s Volleyball team and graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree. Lindsay is a fully certified Indoor Development Coach and working on her Beach Performance Coach requirements.
Lindsay was named Sask Volleyball’s Beach Player of the Year in 2017. She currently lives in BC and helps coach VOGO teams who travel to the west coast to compete in Nationals each year. She coached VOGO's 16U girls team to a national bronze in 2023.
Connor grew up in Lumsden and started playing competitive volleyball in the sixth grade. In his senior year, he won the SHSAA Volleyball Award and Male Athlete of the Year. Connor played club volleyball as a setter for five years with Regina Volleyball Club and Moose Jaw Panthers Club. He graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Education degree in June 2019 and a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Indigenous Studies in 2021.
Connor started coaching the Junior Boys volleyball high school team in Lumsden in his senior year and continued to coach them for three years. He also head coached the Lumsden Rage Girls Volleyball team from 2014-2019. He is a trained Indoor Development Coach. During the summer Connor is an avid beach volleyball player and has been coaching with VOGO since 2018.
Adam has been a part of Volleyball Canada’s Beach National team since 2018, where he originally trained at the Full Time Training Centre in Toronto and is now training as an independent athlete out of Winnipeg, MB. He has competed in numerous FIVB & NORCECA tournaments in places like Morocco, France, Qatar, Thailand, Martinique, and Edmonton.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Windsor University where he played indoor volleyball for 5 years. He is currently coaching club in Vancouver BC, and is involved with multiple indoor/beach youth teams & programs. Adam grew up in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba.

Mark Harrison
President
Growing up in Chilliwack, BC, Mark moved to Regina in the spring of 2018 after graduating college. Working in the radio broadcasting industry until 2023 he made the decision to leave Radio and pursue volleyball full time
Mark has coached volleyball in Regina since 2019 and in that time has won 2 provincial silver medals with both RVC and Summit. On the sand he coached teams to provincial gold in 2021 and 2023. He was also named Sask Volleyball's male development coach of the year in 2023. He takes pride in bringing out the best in the athletes he coaches and continues to seek out new coaching knowledge to better help those he coaches.
In 2023 Mark became the President of VOGO Volleyball with the goal of continuing to grow beach volleyball across Saskatchewan through the VOGO academy and the introduction of the VOGO Youth League.
